There is nothing we love more than seeing a cancer patient or child smile because we have helped them find a style that lets them feel beautiful again and take pride in their appearance.

Important Information
Caring for your Wigs & Toppers
All wigs and toppers have a lifespan. We will provide education about how to extend this life as much as possible with a printed list of instructions to help you care for your piece. This will include what not to do, how to wear and apply it correctly, and how to style it to look as natural as possible.
Some wigs need styling, and some don’t. It is very important that you consider this and determine whether you can manage the upkeep of your selected piece over time.Â
Hair treatments
We need you to be honest with use about your previous colour history and the products you are currently using on your hair, so that we can evaluate whether it is possible to safely achieve your desired results. If you lie about your previous colouring history or fail to accurately tell us about the products you are using, you risk creating a chemical reaction that could damage your hair.
Feel free to share pictures of your inspiration with us, as this helps us to visualise the look you want to achieve.
Facials & Skin treatments
If you have booked in for a facial, we will need to know what products you currently use on your face, and any skin treatments or conditions that could be a contraindication to the treatment you have chosen. We also need you to tell us honestly about your level of sun exposure and fake tan use. If we observe an adverse reaction occurring, we have the right to stop the treatment immediately.
You need to avoid sun (UV) exposure for at least 2 weeks before and after a laser treatment.Â
For best results with spray tanning, you should not engage in tanning activities or have any laser or waxing treatments for 4 weeks prior to your appointment. Avoid applying moisturiser before your appointment as this can reduce the effectiveness of your spray tan.
Our skin treatments are intended to be calm and relaxing, but we use modern technology and equipment. If you have any concerns or anxiety about our tools and procedures, please feel free to ask. We also offer you the opportunity to choose whether you prefer organic ingredients for low toxicity or intensive ingredients for chemically driven results. Â
If you have chosen an intensive facial treatment, you must not have applied any other intensive treatments or chemicals to your skin for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. Intensive treatments are not suitable if you are on antibiotics or blood thinners, or if you use acne medications prescribed by a doctor (such as Roaccutane).
It is normal to experience a degree of redness and tenderness after some treatments such as skin needling. Please ask your beauty therapist if you have any concerns.
Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
We do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, or the products and services offered through it, except for any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. We are human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let us know.
While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that this website and our products and services meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of our negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to our website, any products or services you purchase from us, or any content that we post, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable, and regardless of the nature of the claim.
You expressly agree that if this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, our total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind, other than negligence, shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to us.
Payment Terms
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We accept a wide range of payment types for your convenience. Where the payment provider charges fees, these will be passed on to the customer.
Our salon services must be paid for before you leave the salon. If you book online, we will ask for a deposit to reserve your booking.Â
For wig consultations, we charge a $50 fee at the time of booking to reserve your one hour appointment. This fee is redeemable off the cost of a wig or topper only. It cannot be redeemed on aftercare for your hairpiece or any other salon service.
Appointment Policy
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment booked online up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you must phone the salon and we may agree to reschedule to your desired time at our discretion, depending on our availability, how much notice you have provided, and any other relevant circumstances. If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.
Layby Arrangements
If you request a layby arrangement, we will ask you to sign a separate contract.
Special Orders
Special orders are products that we order from our suppliers at your request. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is payable at the time of ordering. We will not place your order until this deposit is received.Â
You cannot change your mind once the item has been ordered, because our stock is manufactured overseas. Once we have placed the order, we cannot cancel it.Â
If you do not like your special order wig or topper when you arrive for your fitting, you can exchange it for a new colour or style. However, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of $150 plus your original consultation fee of $50, and you will need to pay the difference in cost of your new piece. We will refund the difference should your new piece be of a lesser value. There are no returns if we have cut or coloured the piece to customise it to your instructions.
Once your wig or topper has left the store there is no refund or exchange due to change of mind.
Special orders generally take between 6 to 7 working days to arrive in store unless our suppliers are out of stock, in which case we will notify you immediately. Please be aware that if an item needs to be manufactured or customised to suit you, this can take up to 3 months.
Depending on the brand that you have requested, we may not be able to see stock levels until we place the order, so we may need to consider alternative options. We will discuss this with you in your consultation.
We will contact you by phone when your special order arrives to schedule a free 30-minute appointment for you to pick up your piece from our salon and have it customised. You have one opportunity to reschedule this appointment. If you fail to attend your rescheduled appointment, you will forfeit your 50% deposit and the item will be put on our shelf and offered for sale.Â
If the item is sold before you come to collect it, and you ask us to reorder it, you will need to pay an additional 50% upfront, along with any price increases since your original order.
Out Of Stock
There are times when an item you have chosen may be out of stock or backordered with our supplier. If this happens, we will contact you so you can make an alternative choice or cancel your order.
Items that are out of stock in our warehouse but available from our suppliers can take up to 10 days to arrive.Â
You can always check with us before placing your order to see if the piece you want is immediately available to ship to you.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer express shipping throughout Australia on all of our items. We also ship to New Zealand.
Orders under $150 pay shipping costs which are added at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $150. However, if your order is over $300, we require you to pay insurance on your parcel. This will be added at checkout.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and you receive your tracking number, we are not responsible for its safe delivery. If you have any problems or an order does not arrive as expected, you must contact Australia Post about the issue.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
We offer exchanges ONLY Jon Renau and Raquel Welch wigs and toppers. No other brands of wigs or toppers are eligible for exchange, but they may be returned for a refund.Â
We do not offer exchange or return on any other items other than wigs and toppers. Please see above for the specific returns policies that apply to Special Orders.
You may request an exchange or refund of your wig or topper due to incorrect sizing, colour or style, subject to the following conditions:
- You will need to ensure there are no rips or tears to the piece.
- The piece must be clear of all odours especially smoke or perfumes.
- There must be no traces of make-up on lace fronts or on the wig cap.
- The piece must be returned in its original packaging complete with all tags.
- The original packaging must be in as-new condition and undamaged.
If your piece meets these conditions, a credit or refund will be processed.
Exchanges and refunds incur a re-stocking fee of 20% of the piece price.Â
Major ProblemsÂ
We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:
- replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
- if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to us.
If you feel that there is any problem with our services or your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours. We are keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.

If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort. we commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.

Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of New South Wales, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
